I initially started running to improve my fitness for a climbing trip to the US. But just went running without really knowing what’s important at first. It didn’t feel too good. So I asked Fabio for help and don’t regret it. Great guy, preparing a plan based on my (beginner) fitness level and my actual goals. Wasn’t easy considering where I wanted to go and the limited time I had before the trip. He was super responsive reacting on my personal schedule changes, explained all relevant details of the plan and what he saw in my stats. Especially why I should focus on my cadence and not to overpace during the workouts :-). My performance turned out as hoped after all.
