I have trained since December for the Milan Marathon with Fabio. After a thorough discussion about my experience, my state of fitness, my goals and the time available for training, he has developed a personalized 16-weeks plan. During the whole time he's been following my progress, checking my performance and adapting the plan as necessary (for instance in case of sickness, minor injury or simply lack of time on a specific day). It has been my fifth Marathon, and not only I have improved my personal best by an incredible 27 minutes; most importantly, I reached the finishing line without any joint pain or cramps as in my previous experiences, tired but not exhausted. Thank you Fabio!

My experience with Fabio has been truly exceptional. The progress I've made under his guidance is beyond what I ever thought possible. In March 2025, I completed my first trail race (28 km with 1,400 m elevation gain). One year later, I ran the same race and improved my time by an incredible 45 minutes. In less than a year, Fabio also prepared me for my goal race: 47 km with 2,600 m elevation gain—something I never thought I could do while still feeling strong and comfortable. Fabio was constantly following my progress, adapting my training plan to my needs whenever possible, and always taking the time to explain his decisions when adjustments weren't feasible. His humanity and empathy are rare in this field, and his attention to detail truly sets him apart. I can't recommend Fabio enough to anyone looking to seriously improve their performance and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.

Ich laufe schon seit 8 Jahren regelmäßig und habe in dieser Zeit schon ~10 Halbmarathons und 2 Marathons gemacht. Obwohl ich mehrere Laufcamps bei bekannten Trainern gemacht habe, diverse Technik-Kurse und nach Trainingsplänen von bekannten Coaches trainiert habe, hat sich meine Leistung nur minimal verbessert - 5min beim HM in zwischen 2018 und 2024. Ende November habe ich dann mit meinem Mann zusammen das Lauftraining bei Fabio begonnen, weil wir Anfang April einen Marathon machen wollten und ich wissen wollte, ob ich es mit einem Coach an meiner Seit aus der Stagnation heraus schaffen kann. Fabio hat uns von Anfang an super betreut und viel erklärt. Wir hatten regelmäßige Calls oder Treffen um den aktuellen Stand und die nächste Phase zu besprechen und dazwischen waren wir sehr oft über WhatsApp in Kontakt. Auf jegliche Fragen oder Änderungswünsche (z.B. wegen Terminproblemen oder Krankheit) und er immer sehr schnell reagiert und uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Den wöchentlichen Trainingsplan hat er uns über Trainingspeaks geschickt (kein kostenpflichtiges Abo nötig) und dabei auch Krafttrainings, WarmUps, Technikübungen und Stretching eingebaut. So viel zum Training. Mitte Februar haben wir „zum Spaß" einen Halbmarathon gemacht - ohne Zielzeit, ohne Pace kontrollieren, rein nach Gefühl. Und zu meinem Erstaunen habe ich meine bisherige Bestzeit um gleich 9 Minuten (!!!) verbessert! Auch für den Marathon waren wir perfekt vorbereitet und haben verletzungsfrei und mit Spaß die 42,195 km gemeistert - und unsere bisherige Bestzeit um 27 Minuten (!!!) verbessert. I initially started running to improve my fitness for a climbing trip to the US. But just went running without really knowing what's important at first. It didn't feel too good. So I asked Fabio for help and don't regret it. Great guy, preparing a plan based on my (beginner) fitness level and my actual goals. Wasn't easy considering where I wanted to go and the limited time I had before the trip. He was super responsive reacting on my personal schedule changes, explained all relevant details of the plan and what he saw in my stats. Especially why I should focus on my cadence and not to overpace during the workouts :-). My performance turned out as hoped after all. So I'll try to achieve new, more running focused goals with his support in the future.

Ich habe mich mit Fabio auf meinen ersten 10 km Lauf vorbereitet. Zuerst hatten wir ein ausführliches Vorgespräch, in dem wir meine Lauferfahrung, meinen Gesundheitszustand und mein Laufziel besprochen haben. Daraufhin hat mir Fabio individuelle Trainingspläne erstellt und mir generell sehr geholfen, sei es beim Lauftraining oder auch beim Thema Ernährung. Er hat mir Feedback zu den Trainingsläufen gegeben und sich Zeit für meine Fragen genommen. Das war echt super. Ich habe schließlich den 10 km Lauf erfolgreich geschafft und meine Zielzeit unterboten.

Ich bin eine absolute Laufanfängerin und habe mit Fabio eine individuelle Laufanalyse gemacht. Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen um in einem persönlichen Gespräch meine (wenigen) Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen zu erfragen. Wir haben dann mit einem Warm-Up gestartet und er hat mir erklärt, dass es wichtig ist, richtig und gut vorbereitet zu sein. Beim Laufen wurden mir Tipps bezüglich meiner Atmung, Haltung und des Tempos gegeben. Das war sehr hilfreich und hat das Training für mich deutlich angenehmer gemacht. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben und betreut gefühlt. Ich werde jetzt motiviert mit meinem von ihm erstellten Trainingsplan starten und bin gespannt wo die Reise hingeht.

Fabio ist super freundlich, professionell und entsprechend kompetent. Ich betrachte das ganzheitlich dahingehend, dass er mich nach einer Sportverletzung mit einem individuellen Trainings- bzw. Übungsplan wieder auf Vordermann gebracht hat. Meiner Rotatorenmanschette und Bizepssehne sowie Knie ging es systematisch spürbar besser. Meine Ärztin war von Beginn an ebenso begeistert und hat alle Maßnahmen befürwortet. Im Ergebnis sitze ich wieder auf dem Mountain Bike und kann kommende Woche nach Finale, wie schon lange geplant.
