Each session is built around three phases, adapted to your focus of the day.
Phase 1
Movement Assessment & Warm-Up
We start by observing how you move and preparing your body with targeted mobility and activation drills — so every minute of the main block counts.

Main Coaching Block
Depending on your goal, we work on running technique drills, runner-specific strength exercises, or a combination of both — with real-time feedback and precise coaching cues throughout.
